Thanks so much. Where I didn't purchase the game, it did come free w/ my new Vid card (MSI Radeon HD 4860 1GB) from newegg. Figured I'd give it a go. Of course, when I installed the card I naturally updated my drivers that caused this game to not work. Thanks for the info. Big help.

Glad to hear that it helped, and hope either ATI or Midway/Ubisoft will fix the issue soon with a patch or update, so we can use latest drivers.
